The Grand Union is a restored Victorian pub that offers a little bit more than your usual Gastro Pub. With comfortably ragged interior, the pub has successfully created a personality that gives it an unpretentious ‘local’ feel. The crowd is a varied mix of suits, trendy twentysomethings and local mid-aged bohemians.
The main bar is split into dining and bar areas, downstairs in "The Snug" you can access the heated garden and barbecue area, where you will find table after table beneath large black umbrellas, all overlooking the slow-flowing canal.
